  can't get them to replace a screen

  I am still trying to get Carolina Home Exteriors to replace a screen in replacement windows they did several years ago. Jim has called me a few times but still no screen. He keeps apologizing it has taken so long but still no screen!

  These guys are great! They replaced almost all the windows in my house and didn't overcharge me. I got several bids and they were not the lowest, but they did fantastic work. I will use them again for my rental properties and refer them…
